Seasonal Rates

Summer Value Rates – Is the summer the best time of the year to come to a Fort Myers Beach Front Hotel? Absolutely! It’s a bigger bang for your buck! While it does tend to be a bit warmer in the summer – July and August can bring afternoon highs to 94oF – the afternoon rain brings those temperatures right back down to the low 80o’s and mid 70o’s in the evening. And does it rain every day? Almost, but you can almost set your watch to the showers from about 4:15 pm until around 5:30 pm, from the first part of July to the end of September. Don’t let the showers worry you because it is all in your vacation plan. By the time 4:00 pm rolls around, you have had a bit too much of the sun and fun and you are ready for an afternoon nap (it’s in the “Vacation Rules”). A quick nap, shower, change and you are ready for your second half of the day. That involves the sunset and the Tiki Bar! So spend a summer vacation in Florida? Why not? We have discounted the room rate to take into consideration those late afternoon, summer rain showers.

“It’s Cold up North Rates” – Is this the best time of the year to come for a Florida Beach vacation? Absolutely! Picture 18 inches of snow on our driveway that needs to be shoveled. The only thing that requires a shovel here in Florida is attached to a sand pail. Sorry, there are no discounts because it’s beautiful here all the time.

“In Between” Rates – This is the time of the year that we can’t figure out the weather. Some days it’s so picture perfect and some days you might have to sit on the deck in a sweatshirt. Either way, it’s a great time to be here on your Florida vacation..
